How we check venues

✓ Verified

We checked the owner's government ID against a selfie, and the venue's location: its map pin, photos, and a permit, lease, title, tax declaration or barangay certificate.

✓ Verified Business

Everything in Verified, plus the business's DTI or SEC registration and BIR Form 2303, with the registered name matching the venue.

A badge is not a guarantee. Always pay through Tarakits checkout or at the venue counter, never to a number someone sends you in chat. A venue loses its badge at once if we suspend it.

The track record

• On Tarakits since: the month the venue started taking bookings here.
• Games played: completed bookings, shown from 10 and rounded down (10+, 50+, 100+, 500+).
• Cancellations: bookings the venue itself cancelled in the last 12 months, shown once there are 20 bookings: “Rarely cancels” under 2%, or the percentage from 5%. Days we confirm as outside the venue's control (a typhoon, an outage, a government order) don't count.
• Reply time: how quickly the venue usually answers messages here, shown after 5 conversations in the last 90 days.

We work these out every day from bookings and messages. A new venue simply shows fewer of them; nothing counts against it. Star ratings come only from players who completed a booking.
