Promo Code Terms

What this covers (plain language) Promo codes are for venue owners, entered at signup or checkout of a Tarakits plan. They give trials, discounts or perks on Tarakits' own fees. They have no cash value and can't be resold.

1. Issuer. Only [COMPANY NAME] issues promo codes. Each code states its benefit, eligibility, start and end dates, redemption limit and any minimum plan or term.
2. Use. One code per venue account unless the code says otherwise. A code applies only to Tarakits subscription fees or credits, never to players' booking payments.
3. Trials. A promo trial gives access for the stated period. When it ends, your venue needs an active prepaid plan to keep taking new bookings (see the Venue Terms, section 4.5). We remind you before the trial ends. We don't charge you automatically unless you chose auto-pay.
4. Discounts apply to the periods stated. Locked prices (e.g. "50% off for 24 months") apply only while the plan stays continuously active and paid.
5. No cash value. Codes and benefits can't be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold or combined with other offers unless stated.
6. Verification still applies. A code does not skip KYC/KYB or approval.
7. Abuse. We may refuse or cancel a code, and recover the discount, if it was obtained or used by fraud, multiple accounts, or against these terms.
8. Changes. We may end a promotion early with notice, but we honour benefits already granted for their stated period, except in cases of abuse.
