Report a scam

About a venue page? Open the venue's page and tap Report this page at the bottom. Choose "Looks like a scam" and tell us what happened.

Someone asked you to pay a personal GCash or Maya number, or for your OTP? Don't pay and don't share the code. Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with the venue name, the number or account they gave, and screenshots.

Already paid? Contact your GCash, Maya or bank right away to dispute the payment, and keep your booking reference and receipts.
